What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to fulfil your order and nothing more: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. If you contact support, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
Payments
Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's systems and are never stored on ours — we receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, and the last four digits for reconciliation.
Cookies and pixels
This site uses cookies and measurement pixels, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how people find the site and which pages lead to orders. These tools may set their own cookies and may share aggregated event data with those providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable if you do.
Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with our payment and delivery partners, and only to the extent needed to take payment and get the parcel to your door.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent, trade or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to support@verdarobot.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Prices
All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on this offer; any charge that applies is shown before you confirm your order.
When the contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it. The contract between you and ISARDI LTD is formed when we dispatch the goods.
Intended use
VERDA is designed for domestic outdoor use on private residential lawns of 500–3,000 m². It is not supplied for commercial groundskeeping, hire, or use on public land. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, keep children and pets clear while it is operating, and exclude any area you do not want it to enter using the no-go zones in the app.
2-year warranty
We warrant the motor, the battery, the navigation module and the base station against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we will repair or replace it at our option, at no cost to you.
The warranty does not cover normal wear of consumable parts such as blades, nor damage caused by impact, misuse, unauthorised modification, or use outside the intended use described above.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

- Typically 3–8 business days after dispatch.
- Insurance
- Every parcel is insured in transit, at our cost.
- Tracking
- A tracking link is sent by SMS and email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return the robot for a full refund. You do not need to justify the decision. Email support@verdarobot.com, we issue return instructions, and the refund is paid to your original payment method within 5 business days of the goods reaching us.
Return the item in resellable condition, in its original packaging where possible.
Damaged or missing items
If the robot arrives damaged, or part of the order is missing, send photographs to support@verdarobot.com within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a free replacement — there is nothing for you to pay, and no return required before the replacement is sent.
After 30 days
The 2-year warranty continues to apply to the motor, battery, navigation module and base station, as set out in the Terms above.
