What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to fulfil your order and nothing more: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. If you contact support, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
Payments
Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's systems and are never stored on ours — we receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, and the last four digits for reconciliation.
Cookies and pixels
This site uses cookies and measurement pixels, including the Meta pixel, to understand how people find the site and which pages lead to orders. These tools may set their own cookies and may share aggregated event data with those providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable if you do.
Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with our payment and delivery partners, and only to the extent needed to take payment and get the parcel to your door.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent, trade or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
Your rights
You can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, as provided by the privacy laws of your state (for example the California Consumer Privacy Act). We do not sell personal information. Write to support@verdarobot.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Terms of Sale
Prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax and any delivery charge are shown before you confirm your order.
When the contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it. The contract between you and ISARDI LTD is formed when we dispatch the goods.
Intended use
VERDA is designed for domestic outdoor use on private residential lawns, up to the area stated for each model. It is not supplied for commercial groundskeeping, hire, or use on public land. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, keep children and pets clear while it is operating, and exclude any area you do not want it to enter using the no-go zones in the app.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state, including any implied warranties that cannot be excluded.
Normal wear of consumable parts such as blades, and damage caused by impact, misuse or unauthorised modification, are not failures of acceptable quality.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the United States, nothing in these terms limits the consumer protection laws of your state, which apply to your purchase and prevail over anything here.

Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return the robot for a full refund. You do not need to justify the decision. Email support@verdarobot.com, we issue return instructions, and the refund is paid to your original payment method within 5 business days of the goods reaching us.
Return the item in resellable condition, in its original packaging where possible.
Damaged or missing items
If the robot arrives damaged, or part of the order is missing, send photographs to support@verdarobot.com within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a free replacement — there is nothing for you to pay, and no return required before the replacement is sent.
After 30 days
Your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state continue to apply, as set out in the Terms above.
